Cancellation Policy

Mango Patti mangoes are harvested, packed, and dispatched fresh from Vathiyar Thottam, our family farm in Muthanampatti. Because the fruit is perishable, cancellation depends on how far your order has progressed.
When you can cancel
You can cancel your order any time before your payment is confirmed, or after confirmation as long as your mangoes have not yet been packed for dispatch.
Orders placed but never paid are not packed, and expire on their own — nothing further is needed from you.
When cancellation is no longer possible
Once your mangoes have been harvested, packed, or handed to the courier, the order can no longer be cancelled. Mangoes are fresh, perishable produce — a packed box cannot be returned to stock or resold.
Refunds for cancelled orders
If you already paid and your cancellation is accepted before packing/dispatch, we refund the full amount to your original payment method (UPI, or the card/net-banking/wallet used through our payment gateway), following the timelines in our Refund & Replacement Policy — typically within 5–7 business days of approval.
How to request a cancellation
Message us on WhatsApp as soon as possible (see the Help page) with your order number and registered phone number. We'll confirm whether your order can still be cancelled and process it from there.
